Same-day dispatch promise: Orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday to Friday are guaranteed to leave our warehouse the same working day.
UK Delivery Prices
For all customers in mainland UK, we ship with Royal Mail. Choose the service that suits you at checkout, or qualify for free shipping when you spend £20 or more.

Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on a UK bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Free Delivery Over £20
Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout when you qualify. Here's exactly how it works:
- Free delivery is applicable on all orders over £20.
- Qualifying orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 Fully Tracked Service.
- Free delivery is with Royal Mail only — express upgrades remain at the standard rate.
- Your order must total at least £20.00 after any sales, discounts or offers have been applied.
- The parcel must be shipped to a mainland UK address.
Discount codes count toward the basket total. If a 15% discount drops your basket below £20, free shipping no longer applies. Add another item or check the basket total after the code is applied.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel is collected by Royal Mail, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow the parcel's progress all the way to your door from the Royal Mail website or app.
Not received a tracking email? Check your spam folder first, then get in touch and we'll resend it.
Delivery Areas & Restrictions
Mainland UK
Free delivery applies to all standard mainland UK addresses. This includes England, Wales and most of Scotland.
UK Highlands, Islands & Offshore
Orders to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Channel Islands may take an additional 1-2 working days. Standard rates still apply.
International
We do not currently ship outside the UK. Sorry about that — we're working on it.
Age Verification
All deliveries containing vaping products require age verification on receipt. The carrier will request photo ID confirming the recipient is 18 or over. Royal Mail will leave a card if no eligible adult is available, and you can collect from your local depot or rearrange delivery.
Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but it hasn't arrived, please:
- Check with neighbours and other household members.
- Look for a calling card or safe-place note from the carrier.
- Wait 24 hours — occasionally tracking updates ahead of the actual delivery.
- If still missing, contact our support team within 7 days of the dispatch date.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos before opening (where possible) and email them to our support team within 48 hours so we can raise the claim quickly.
